How it works

Self paced online learning begins when you register. You’ll have access to the online learning platform and can go at your own pace.

I recommend getting out the good old paper planner and writing down when you can commit to 1 hour for each of the 6 training modules over the next 6 - 8 weeks.

Then, you’re welcome to join me for live online gatherings to further explore and integrate your personal experience as you find yourself able to have the practices embodied. (Don’t worry, I’ll send you a reminder email and invitation once you’re underway).

Expect a new way to experience your breathing or re-establish a breath practice and explore how you can set a next level depth to your meditation, directly access your innate immune system functional wisdom, and open to higher guidance to soften into self healing.
