What did my chrysalis to current reality look like?

After receiving my Business Degree (Foster School ~ go UW!) and nearly a decade in a globe trotting through various leadership and development roles, I let go of my public facing and office environment career.

I took a leap of faith. Soul purpose requires courage and the ability to be sourced from inner strength.

Since 2007, I have become a certified body movement and stress management expert (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and continuing education provider - E-RYT 500, YACEP). With 6,000 hours of leading practices from 1:1 high profile clients to destination retreats and corporate events at scale, the outward part of my journey reflects the inner work that has been integrated into who I am.

Because living the principles of yoga in everyday experience is really where the rubber hits the road. And setting your day up right from the get go grounds the foundation for success.

What does that look like?

Developing a daily ritual for body based self-care practices. For me that consists of balancing yin and yang strength building foundational movement with mind calming restorative yoga, journaling and meditation to start my day off right. From being inner sourced, my stable foundation allows my day to flow effortlessly.

How can being a lifestyle mentor for the last couple decades help you?

Simple. Through unwinding the old habits that separate you from being and reconnecting with the rhythms and cycles of nature. This continues to guide me into the wisdom that nature is healer and we’re not separate. After 20 years + of holistic practice, it still holds true.

Whether at home in my own sanctuary space or out in nature, I thrive in helping you find the tools and support you need to Build Your Peace®. Living my daily practice, I hope to inspire you to do so as well.
