Welcome and Ritual. I’ll show you how to set up your “Me time” space and we’ll open our sacred “circle” on Friday, September 23rd 5pm - 6:15pm Pacific.
Restful & Restorative Yoga Practices. Experience restful yoga through soft and supportive movement, pauses of silence in stillness, and simple journal prompts to integrate.
Personal reflection time. Space between session times to build resiliency, reemerge and connect. Drop back in again with the sacred me time and circle with the option to ask questions, share reflections on how personal intentions integrated, or challenged you during the practice, or just listen and feel supported.
Closing the circle on Sunday 5pm - 6:15pm Pacific. Reemerge from the weekend feeling deeply from a space of “being”.
This retreat is for YOU to dive deeper into transforming through the body, mind into YOUR natural state of being.
