Good news! You don’t have to!

Imagine still being able to savor the glow of summer’s beauty that ushers in fall harvest this September.

Where you get to stay with the summer’s warmth while you leave your stress and worries behind. Wander (and wonder!) in nature during the day, and cocoon yourself at night.

Reconnect with sunshine and starlight with this best kept secret: September is warm and wonderful.

It feels like an endless summer in Sonoma County. Truly!

It’s waiting for you to celebrate both the solar wheel embarking upon summer’s harvest season and the lunar cycle releasing during our time together.

Set YOUR personal intention on this special ritual retreat weekend…

Resting…

A Forest of Delightful Dream Time

Dream it

〰️

Dream it 〰️

What if… yoga, meditation, journaling, reading and just doing less was good medicine?

Well it IS! And it’s all here waiting for you. Resting in a field of your dream time in reality!

This is your time to relax both your body and mind. Reconnect with yourself, nature, and like-minded individuals. Soften into spaciousness.

Turn your phone off (there’s no reliable cell phone reception anyway!), find your personal healing zone, learn to move from your inner compass, and perhaps uncover another way to move or meditate that is best for you now

This space is held to be both a releasing of energy practice and an oasis of self inquiry for deeply knowing yourself.

You get to enjoy fresh air and living landscapes. Oak trees and redwoods. Red tailed hawks and singing frogs.

Be surrounded in beautiful Sonoma County at our sanctuary space inside Sugarloaf Ridge State Park located in the Valley of the Moon, Kenwood, California.

You get to choose how you want to self-explore, connect, grow and how much to bathe in just being immersed in nature day and night, night and day.

Freedom means you get to experience personal independence while also weaving back into knowing you are part of nature’s interdependence.

You belong in the web of life and the fabric that connects your spirit to your body, breath and beyond.

Allowing yourself a weekend of true receptivity invites the remembering of the ways that personal freedom and collective connection are inseparable.

You will leave with something to gain (which may be more space from release!), and possibly a new friend or two.

feel better in nature.

Relax

〰️

Relax 〰️

Exhale.

This Savoring Summer Yoga Retreat is where you can maximize your health care (self care) results and reduce the time it takes to get grounded, be calm and catch your breath ~ because nature is doing all the heavy lifting for you!

When you show up for your soul Self, you are reconnected. It’s an instant reset button to bust stress and the feelings of separateness that live in the mind. When you’re in nature, there’s an innate recognition that boosts the immune system functions of your body’s natural rhythm.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Reveal the beauty inside yourself. Effortlessly.

All the elements are here. Waiting for you to encourage them to align within yourself.

Michele says:

“The 2022 yoga retreat was the first step on a whole new path for me.

The stunning beauty of Sugarloaf and its friendly staff & volunteers, combined with Susan’s gentle yoga & meditation practices was amazing.

It was great to step away from regular life and focus on self-acceptance and peace. Nature, hiking, group activities, and alone time.

Delicious, nourishing, and organic meals.

New friendships.

Such a great time was had by all and I am so excited to attend the next one!”

This highly immersive experience will have depth and meaning around honoring the natural rhythm of the season as well as lunar cycle…including some delightful surprises along the way!

We’ll start with creating a circle to center and co-create our experience with active listening and authentic connection to Earth’s beauty.

From this Earthy start, we’ll spiral our way up to honoring the space element with the stars ✨ where you get to be with the magical night sky.

Weaving together all the elements in between our delicious (local and organic) nutritious meals together. You won’t want to miss this journey!
