Welcome in restful time this season, and a fresh start to your emotional waters, by sourcing from your inner wisdom. Bring your body back into cultivating harmony between the solar wheel and the three moon cycles within it through embodying the 8 phases of lady luna’s wisdom energies.
This is the time where you receive rest to begin with the next new moon, and recalibrate over 3 cycles in order to avoid over “doing” and burnout. Cultivate space to turn inward to sustain yourself, allowing both the internal release, and a lighter start to move forward in everyday life. This is lunar lifestyle living.
Where: Online. An email with the link to the essential wisdom for each specific phase will be sent on the 8 dates for each of the moon’s phases. (Each is under 20 minutes).

Schedule in your calendar once you register what time it is best for you to receive the experience, so you know exactly when you can prioritize your moon time to receive, explore, integrate over 3 moon months. (I suggest within 24 hours of each drop so you can truly synch with the portal of each phase - the more consistent the better).

Full Moons: Wednesday, February 12; Thursday, March 13; Saturday, April 12

Welcome and Ritual. Set up your “Moon time” space and open your sacred 3 moon spirals on the next new Moon-day, with a bonus PDF that has both a checklist and sequence for a new moon ceremony. Use this format or glean what you feel resonates to enhance and hone the one you may already enjoy! (Link provided in first email).
8 Replenishing Embodiment Practices. Experience yin energy through mudras (hand gestures), breathing patterns, and soft supportive movement or a restorative pose depending on the lunar phase. Aromatherapy and simple journal prompts are rituals to further integrate at each phase.
Personal reflection time. Space between each phase of the moon are times to build connection with your own inner waters. Drop back in again with the well timed next lunar phase for sacred me time.
Closing the circle on the final dark night of the moon (before the 4th new moon). The closing circle is an optional time to ask your inner guidance questions, reflect on how your intentions for each moon cycle integrated, or challenged you during the process, or just listen and feel supported. It’s a sacred pause to offer yourself gratitude and the journey to have a sacred time for sealed closure.
