This practice is 29 minutes long; please prepare the body by finding a comfortable place to lay down, yet remembering that yoga nidra is independent of body positioning. This highly adaptable practice is always present in the breath, may it guide you home, whether you choose to listen and enjoy in the comfort of your own, or laying in the grass outdoors. Make sure you are warm enough and eyes are covered so no light disturbs the body and nervous system into thinking capacity. Om.
