Allowing the body to remain resting in stillness and awakening the dawn of mental attention through the body.
Inviting yourself to illuminate your heart ❤️ desire at a time of day that is potent and powerful for sensing the awaking nature of living your sankalpa, or heart ❤️ prayer, in a 16 minute morning practice.
While the body is still in a quiet state of being, the breath starting to breathe energy, prana, life giving energy into your day can be an affirming way to reconnect with your sankalpa. (Or invite space to simply rest in a state of being, that affirms the integrative qualities of being).
This practice harnesses the unity with the living light of dawn shining down through the crown chakra. Streaming conscious awareness throughout the body/mind and sealing any nervous system split by naturally and effortlessly connecting all aspects of self to be illuminated and awakened.
Great when the heart needs a stronger connection to your dharma (purpose, path), when the body is fatigued and needs to awaken to remembering, or when you simply want to establish a new morning quiet time routine that will set your daily rhythm in synch with nature and all of life around you.
