In this 24 minute breathing practice that integrates meditation (yoga nidra self inquiry) and simple movements for the last few minutes to come back, you will experience how it feels when you reconnect with a powerful yoga tool often overlooked: the breath.
The formal technique is called viloma in Sanskrit which transliterates as “against the grain” (or against the wave 🌊 as we are in Cancer ♋️ season ☀️ :)

A note for those new to breathing/pranayama as a yoga practice: This practice is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, as guidance is offered for both longer holds and more subtle nuances, as well as when you just need to weather the storms 🧠 of the mind. Now you can brain storm ideas 💡 instead of swirl in distress 😉 .
