Options for this practice: Laying down or sitting, as well as integrating expressive arts: Pen/paper to journal (analog) insights after the recording, or have your favorite acoustic music (no words preferable) to let your body move the energy of the chakra system, specifically the 3rd chakra, individual expression, and 6th chakra from the deep intuition of who you are from inside.
